LORAM and ITOCHU Plantech Execute Master Sales Agreement
LORAM is pleased to announce the execution of a Master Sales Agreement (MSA) with ITOCHU Plantech Inc., marking another important milestone in our long-term commitment to the Japanese rail industry.
The agreement establishes the commercial framework for future equipment sales between the two organisations, streamlining the delivery of LORAM’s advanced maintenance of way technologies to customers across Japan.
Building on the strong relationship established through our collaboration over the past year, the MSA reflects a shared commitment to delivering innovative rail maintenance solutions that improve network performance, reliability and safety.
The agreement follows a formal signing ceremony held during the Mass-Trans Innovation Japan exhibition in Osaka and the completion of the final execution process between LORAM Maintenance of Way, Inc. and ITOCHU Plantech.
