Loram’s RGC Series Rail Grinder brings together mainline grinding performance and a compact design tailored for passenger and commuter rail systems. Engineered for high productivity, it delivers the proven performance Loram is known for—within a smaller footprint ideal for high-speed and urban networks.

Built with advanced technology, the RGC meets rigorous international standards for construction, fire safety, weight, and clearance. It conforms to the W6A (UK) clearance diagram and accommodates axle load requirements for both commuter and freight operations.

Optional features—including Loram’s RailPro®, optical transverse and longitudinal rail measurement, and HD geo-tagged rail surface imaging—offer precise, real-time visibility into rail conditions.

Equipped with independent tilt and shift modules, the RGC achieves world-class grinding performance across both mainline track and specialized assets, including configurations up to 40 stones.
