Loram once again is a proud co-sponsor of the Canadian Pacific Holiday train event, in conjunction with the City of Loretto, Minnesota. The focus of the evening is to raise awareness, food, and monetary donations to local food banks. The City of Loretto has chosen to assist the Hanover food shelf which serves the cities of Albertville, Corcoran, Hanover, Loretto, Rockford and St. Michael.
Every year, the CP Holiday train is decorated with thousands of Christmas lights and decorations, carrying Santa Claus and holiday musicians while visiting various states throughout its voyage during the holiday season. The train will be stopping at Loretto Depot on Monday, December 14th.
Loretto estimates 1,000 people from surrounding communities will attend. Loram looks forward to this event every year and making a difference during the holiday season.
