Loram has been presented with the 2007 NRC/RTS Contractors Safety Gold Award. This is a national contest that is co-sponsored by the National Railroad Construction, Maintenance Association and the Railway Track & Structures Magazine.
This contest provides recognition to companies which have superior Safety Programs and meet select OSHA and Insurance Industry Standards. Loram's history has won them a Silver Award in 2006, Gold in 2005, 2004, and 2000, and Bronze in 2003 and 2002. The Gold Award is a step away from first place. Loram will strive to attain a Gold level for future years to come. Winning awards such as these provides National recognition for our continuous efforts to make Loram's workplace a safe environment, which is good for both its employees and Company.
